at random which includes all management, owners and working family members. Driving records are checked yearly, fingerprints
and photographs of all employees are run against the national databases.
2. Our employees receive a minimum of 300 hours of training before they can work alone. That's more than 10 times the national
average.
3. We require each employee to have a minimum of 40 hours of continuing education per year. That's 4 times the state requirement.
5. All of our contracts are lifetime.
6. Our renewal prices are guaranteed for a minimum of 10 years.
8. The owners and management are required to visit all customers at least every other year.
